What’s included?
KITCHEN
- Clean and disinfect all counters, appliances, & stovetop.
- Clean interior of microwave.
- Deep scrub of kitchen sink.
- Wipe down exterior of refrigerator.
- Wipe down exterior of cabinets and drawers.
- Clean all light fixtures, switches, handles, and knobs.
- Vacuum/Mop kitchen floors.
- Polish all stainless steel.
- Empty trash and replace trash bag.
BEDROOMS & COMMON SPACES
- Dusting and wiping all surfaces. (Including dressers, nightstands, shelves, etc.)
- Make the bed. (We will change sheets if clean sheets are placed on bed)
- Vacuum sofas/couches, upholstered chairs.
- Vacuum/Mop all floors.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Empty trash.
- Wipe switch plates, switches, and door knobs.
- Dusting baseboards.
- Remove all visible cobwebs.
BATHROOMS
- Scrub and disinfect sinks, toilets, and showers/tubs.
- Clean light fixtures, switches, handles, and knobs.
- Clean mirrors.
- Wipe down exterior of cabinets.
- Vacuum/Mopping of bathroom floors.
- Dust baseboards.
YARD
- Yard Clean Up.
- Leaf Removal.
- Lawn Maintenance.
- Yard Waste Removal.
POOL
- Removing leaves and debris from the pool surface.
- Cleaning the tile surface at the waterline.
- Emptying and cleaning the skimmer basket(s) and the pump strainer basket(s).
- Cleaning or backwashing the filter.
- Checking the filter pressure.
- Checking the equipment for proper operation and potential leaks.
- Vacuuming the pool bottom.
- Performing water testing.
- Adding any required chemicals to balance the pool water.
- Blowing off pool deck area and equipment pad.
